Who we are

Silvertip Capital was established in 2020 with the purpose of providing institutional and private investors exposure to real estate investment opportunities in the DACH region. Founded by a highly experienced management team with a long-standing track record in the European real estate industry, our goal is to provide investors with exceptional risk-adjusted investment returns across market cycles.

Combining experience across both operational and international institutional investment, the team works across multiple asset classes, with a current focus on the Living Sector, including residential, micro-living, senior living, student housing and hotels. The management team is well-versed across all stages of the real estate lifecycle, from sourcing to executing and successfully operating real estate investments throughout Europe.

Since its inception, Silvertip Capital has worked on several transactions, spanning both debt and equity, with a total volume exceeding €1 billion. With headquarters in London, Silvertip Capital has a second office in Frankfurt.
